nope. the underground economy is just as sensitive to changes in things like income and fuel prices as anything else.

it seems like it shouldn't because it's "underground" but all that means is that none of it ever gets recorded officially.

edit: but seriously don't listen to these fools use the money for a couple semesters of school and find a job and get that edumucation (granted if you already have a degree or something then my advice is moot but higher education is tight mang even if it's just an associates or something)
