I completely agree.
That being said, drug testing in general is a horrible idea. Of course they won't test for cigs or alcohol. They should make a test to see how many lottery tickets you've bought in the past year, I know the welfare moms around here love their smokes and lottery tickets.
At a certain point are you just policing peoples personal lives....
