Wow, look at all the crazy people who replied to that article in "Buz it up" (at the end). 99% of them are for this and also claim that "just about every job drug tests". Do these people live in the US because I would say most jobs DON'T require drug testing. Seems like this is a way to stop the current stampede to decrim mj in those hick states as it is mj users who would be mostly caught as it stays in your system the longest.

So if I'm on public assistance because I lost my job and my neighbor smokes a joint with me on a Friday night I should then have my assistance yanked? Yet the coke and meth users where such drugs take 24 - 48 hours to get out of your body still continue to get their assistance? A lot of the problem is alcoholism. What about that?

This should be challenged in the courts. It seems to be another attempt to keep poor people poor and further divide the classes. Why is it the poor are always targeted for being lazy dopers when the economy goes to hell. We should be helping people get jobs.

Plus, this is going to cost $ $ $! Is it really worth it
