When I'm down and I reside in the feeling, I suppose I'm being in touch with it and seeing what the root cause is for getting to that point. It's a learning experience. As for a happy feeling. I think alot of simple things make me happy, but I have never analized a good feeling the same way as a bad one. Minus sitting around on psychadelics.

Either feeling I usual sit with rather than be absorbed in. Just looking at a feeling and seeing it for what it is, a passing changing sensation. I am not swayed to either extreme. My 5 outa 5 is how I feel, althought it might only look like a 3.5 to someone else. But I rarely feel very low, which make me really consider the relativity to which is all happens. Sometimes the time isn't right to send the needle soaring in either direction.

More my perceptions while I'm thinking about them, but certainly feeling comfortable being with that feeling, perhaps longer than needed sometimes, but I honour it that it's not bad if that is what I feel like I need. I just have to recognize when its not causing any more gain, so I do what I need to, to get back in a PMA, which is why I feel I can delve and not get sucked in, in the first place, or atleast put the breaks on when it called for.
