a bouncers job IS to kick out of the club anyone (drunk or not) that causes trouble. His job is also to screen out such individuals before they make it in the club to begin with.
however, the majority of bouncers are power tripping douches (on steroids)
and take their "authority" to different levels
beating up people half their size
