So basically my neighbor, who doesnt work for the town, state or anything like that decides to put up a no parking sign in front of his house. i have a party every friday night and sometimes people park there. now first of all i dont think you can just go and put up signs like that in front of your house and second, he parked right in front of the sign about 30 mins ago. i'v noticed him putting up the sign the other day, so i parked right behind him just to be a jerk. he came outside and said "hey read the sign buddy" so i said "do you know how to read yourself?" and we got into an argument about how its his house and no one can park out front. so i asked him why he was parked there and he threatened to call the cops on me. my car is still parked there and so is his. no cops yet. is this right for him to do?
