Basically, with regard to the OP, if you're TRULY experiencing INSOMNIA, SEE A DOCTOR, this is a SIGN OF A SLEEP DISORDER. Generally, you CANNOT rectify sleep disorders of your own accord.
If you're NOT truly experiencing insomnia, feel free to try any of the methods mentioned in this thread and see what works, but please refer to the first part of my post.
