The bigger idea of feminism, sexism in this third wave, is to get rid of sexual norms, to let people be people not just representations of what the idea of male or female is. This means that women, and men, can decide for their selves what is alright and what isn't.
Sexism refers to the oppression that the other sex insights: "women acting like whores is sexist" probably refers to something like porn, where almost everything that women do is degrading. "women keeping their virginity is sexist" is explained directly in her post. Virginity has been historically used to control women, while they had it they were good to be sold, once they lost it they were worthless except to bear children - more goods.
