I think firefox (which you might already be using) might have one built in. Try going bookmarks > subscribe to this page > whatever.

not sure though cuz i dont really know 100% what an RSS reader is (am only 99% sure what it is not), so take that with a grain of salt

EDIT: i checked by adding a couple of these cnn feeds: RSS (Really Simple Syndication) - CNN.com Now i can say for sure that in firefox you can add rss feeds as live bookmark right in the bookmark toolbar.
