Haha. I kinda figured that... I live here and I never got a choice in the matter. Looks like ole Ricky Perry decided it himself... kinda like Bush saying "God told me to do it". Childish. Just like most people in authoritative roles, takes it on themselves to decide for the masses. But of course, now all the republicrats are on board. Weird how we never heard anything about the Bush stimulus plan that did shit. BUT! we all got money in our pocket, so that's all that matters.
