I agree with what you're saying Canuck. One of the several reasons I decided to do this is because recently I've pretty much been spanking it out of habit. In the 4 days (today being the 4th) that I've stopped I've noticed my libido is definately out of whack. Only after seeing a girl at the bus stop with some verrry short shorts have I had any rush of sexual feelings... the type I havn't felt even when jerkin on the regular. I think this break will definately be good for me and I also think it will be awesome to make it to two weeks; thanks for the faith!
Note: Girl at bus stop today has been my first real test since starting this!
