I think you won't find shares of that company, at this point the pie has been already distributed between them, Rumsfeld owns most of it says this report. Thats how it works, by the time you get a chance to get shares it means the company can only go down within time, its past its peak.
This is the land of the free, and you are not free so this is not your land, this is their land cause they are free to do what they want and get away with it.
