Anyone ever have any experience with quest drug screening?

I was tested Monday morning and the samples were suppose to be picked up by quest that afternoon.

According to quest's website regarding hair testing : "Fast turnaround of results is also available: Negative results are reported within 24 hours of receipt at the laboratory, and positive results are confirmed using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) or gas chromatography/mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (GC/MS/MS) within 48 to 72 hours. Hair testing is also forensically defensible. "

I was already scheduled to start work Monday morning, so I am not expecting a call from the employer if results are negative. Would quest contact me first if the results are positive? Any idea when I should hear back?
