No....PCP & Ketamine are 2 entirely different deals. PCP goes way back to the mid-1900s & was initially used as a horse tranquilizer [& I can see where it would knock a horse off course!!].
Ketamine...I haven't a clue as to what/why/how it even works...or what kinda high a person gets from it. PCP will make a person so disoriented that they look & ast drunk. Ketamine, I would try. PCP? Never again!!
