No it fucking won't help our economy, but it sure as hell would keep innocent people out of jail.
Growing a plant shouldn't be illegal. It just makes me sad to think they are putting people that are causing no harm to society in jail. They are throwing tax payers in jail for doing victimless crimes. SERIOUSLY, VICTIMLESS CRIMES. Victimless crimes are innocent crimes in my book.
