Unless you can actively make yourself do something positive while high, I'm with Turmaline here. Why keep doing it? Everyone reacts differently...for many reasons. Environments have alot to do with highs. So does your mental state. Are you comfortable where you are (physically)? You're going to have to get a handle on yourself or not smoke because I don't see how, going from your description, that it's positve or beneficial for you in anyway at this point.
