Yeah lol I just spent days working out punnett squares from Greg Green, his breeder`s bible is misprinted in the 05 edition so the squares are wrong, it`s very confusing at first but quite instructive once you work out why it is wrong.
I guess my specific question is does the site/timing/phenotype of the cutting site have any bearing on the genotype of the cutting?
But I`m not sure that is the right question
