on top of this being just an all around good album (if you like old time jazz and scat singing that is), its a good album to sample what i like to call "40's style horns" off of. i like to eq out most of the bass and just use the horns mainly. his most famous song is "minnie the moocher" so if youve heard that before, then you know what his music sounds like. all the songs are in mono too, so that makes it easier to get one shot samples.
i encoded the album with high quality variable bit rate @ 160-320 kbps.
