you do know that protein drinks are less useful to building muscle mass or whatever they're supposed to do than milk... like you could drink a glass of milk after working out and exp more benefits than you would with protein shakes or drinks or powders?
also... wtf? if you have a stupid drug test THIS WEEK you're most likely going to fail unless it's on friday and you stop smoking today in conjuction with an extreme amount of luck...
