No. The stupidity you see is mostly knee-jerk reactions that are caused by fear. When you get lit up by the police with a half ounce of crack rocks bagged for individual sale in the pair of sweatpants you're wearing under your extra baggy jeans I'm sure you'd make some pretty shitty mistakes too.
