Here's the deal:

My grandsons, ages 2 and 4, come and spend the night every Sat. Well, the babe (age 2), threw up about an hour after they got here. All over the living room carpet. Chunks. Gross.

Cleaned that up.

A little while later, the babe stinks, so I go to change his diaper. He had the runs and it was all up his back and down his leg, all the way to his ankle, and really gross.

After a while, we all went to bed. I had the 4 year old sleeping with me, as not to disturb his brother.

I don't even know what time it was when he just puked all over my bed and me. When he was going for the bathroom, he puked again all over the floor of my room. A direct shot on to the heating vent. It would've been worse, except for my favorite slippers, which were sitting there. Direct hit on the slippers.

While I'm trying to get it out of my hair and keep the puke from soaking into my mattress, he's puking all over the bathroom floor.

Well, then we move to the living room, where we both squeeze on the couch (small).

I got him some warm milk, to try and settle his stomach. While reaching for the garbage can, which is now next to him, the rest of the milk got knocked over onto the TV remote. Another direct hit.

He's been throwing up, off and on, for about 3 hours now. Every time, he wants me to be there with him.

I've just been throwing the puke stuff into the bathtub and closing the door. I got about 4 loads of laundry from this, so far.

I've had about 4 hours of sleep and I'm pretty sure I'm up for the day.

My whole house reeks.

And now I hear the babe waking up. Gotta go.

I hope I didn't gross anyone out too bad. I love my grandkids. They can't help it. Shit happens.

It's times like this, I know I will always smoke weed.

I need massive amounts of hugs. Hold your nose though.
