Dude, do you pay attention to the news? Both houses of Congress have already passed it, and Obama will say he'll sign. It's a sure deal.

Here's one aspect of the law that I thought someone else might bring up. Concerning legalization, I think many would want the government to deal with mj much the same way it deals with tobacco. Now the new laws doesn't let the FDA eliminate nicotine from tobacco, but it does allow the possibility for it to limit how much nicotine there is.

The key question is: What if the government legalized marijuana but put a cap on how much THC there could be? Would people accept that trade off?
