i very much an a corporate whore and have been for years... and don't give me that 'working mans' bullshit... everyone does what they do to live, and personally i love what I do (i hate the company i work for now though) and while i don't have any pity for people like that i don't think i'm any better or any worse then someone who has to do manual labor for a living

i speak from real experience. it AINT easy to fire someone in a mid-large corporation... anyone who thinks it is, probably is talking out of there ass. We had a guy who did nothing for THREE YEARS before they could finally 'lay him off'... and even then, they didn't fire him, the 'layed him off' and he got a sick severence package with full pay, benefits, etc...

but then again.. he *was* black... lol ... but in all seriousness, i see this every day, all over the place.. .as long as you dont come into work drunk or something you will be fine
