Baptist Church, which is mostly comprised of members from Fred Phelps's immediate family. I don't know if they coined that phrase but....anyway....
If you would be talking to an 'intellectual' within that religion of Catholicism, which was the origonal statement, they would more likely use the higher ground and say what I said, which is to not act first, work on 'rehab' later.
I agree though that the position still isn't neutral, but the God hates fags people aren't the average member in my mind. People might not agree with homosexuality, but I doubt they'd be bursting at the seams to use the word hate.
