1. Don't look at the clock.
2. Don't start thinking after laying down for 30 minutes and not getting to sleep, "Fuck, I have to go to sleep!"
3. Don't listen to music/do anything particularly stimulating (mentally) just before going to sleep.
4. Excersize during the day can help with feeling tired.
Once you get into the loop of not getting much sleep, it can be hard to get out of me (it happens to me every now and then). Just understand it is temporary, relax, and don't stress about not sleeping... even if you barely get any as is.
