Yes, I know at some point you did try and do something about it, quite awhile back, but apparently it didn't work and we weren't even left with an update. You're right, I don't have a clue because we were left in the dark about it. A simple..."hey, this is what's goin' on currently"...would have been kickass.

You have my phone number, you have my email, you have my email address, you have my MSN, and since you are in the Seattle area it would be no problem for you get my office address as well. If you want an update just feel free to get ahold of me. Usually no news means there has not been much progress, but feel free to get with me if you have any concerns.
I am always open to ideas on how to solve the problems as well.
