Music for Tourists was amazing. Undeniably sad. Great wet weather soundtrack for a mopey day inside.
His newly released album
El Radio is amazing except in a new way. It's the fancy free moments of Garneau that were rarely seen before, except amplified. His whimsy is like an old time music box or a vaudeville carnival straight out of a movie. It's fun, and I like it.
What annoys me is that he never opens his throat up and just lets it rip. He does it live, but never seems to in the studio. A lot a lot a lot of potential
