Not trying to be a dick here but helium is not flammable at all. It is what existing blimps use partly because it is safe. The older ones had hydrogen which was both lighter and combustible. Infact, with the Hindenburg (you've pictured) the stuff was so unprdictable that they cannot rule out static electricity as its cause.
