Yeah I was pretty much thinking the same thing. Meat is great and all, but I don't think something like that deserves to be our ambassador to all vegetarians on this site.
How about
: Moose tenderloin, cooked in a cast iron pan over an wood fire, a red wine reduction sauce with sauteed mushrooms, smashed potatoes, asparagus, and a tall glass of Stout.
