You can buy feminized seeds. Personally, I find it worth the extra expense. I don't clone or do much at once so I'd rather rely on each seed. The 2 best seedbanks I've found is Dr. Chronic and Alien Growshop. Their prices are about equal, both are fast (about 1 week), and I've never had a customs interruption yet. Further (individual companies), Sweetseeds are all female and have been 100% germ and 100% excellent vigor, for me (Blackjack & Psicodelicia are great). I also like greenhouse seeds--I've had germination issues there but I think that was mostly me. I've had a 10 pack of their Cheese and every single one has been healthy and bulky and fast.
