I met to say its awesome how western medicine keeps discovering new ideas from 3000 years ago.

This is my sarcastic face Gary....

The only differnce now is it's known why it works, instead of just accepting it as Truth. I have read all three of these technics in text form before.

But thanks for posting these, sometimes it takes a new way for people to understand the benefits of perennial ideas.

I'm not busting on your post.
