Really?

Where is all this "help"?
Pelosi and Reid co-crafted the largest hoax in history...known as the spendulous package.

90% of it was pork and projects the Dem's have been crying for for 40 years.
The lone 10% that WAS for jobs is just now barely trickling out.
State's are cutting the "help" because there isn't the tax revenue to cover them.

That package worked so well, by the way, they are proposing ANOTHER spending package.
I guess they missed a few pork projects with the first one.

About this proposed health care fiasco.
Look no further than across the pond the the UK.
From the sounds of our LARGELY unexplained in detail health reform (makes you wonder why Obammy is incessantly on tv pushing for a deal that isn't even laid out yet. Smacks of the spendulous proposal that was passed and NEVER READ!!) it will mirror that plan.

Not a completely socialized system. A hybrid.
The sticky part is, for those that still want private insurance...no problem.
BUT... you're still going to pay the tax levied to fund the socialized health care.

Family that live in the UK bitch incessantly about it.
What was once a second to none system is on the verge of collapse.
They have what they call a "postal code lottery" If your area is losing more money than it takes in.... you get minimal to no health care.
The initial tax (based on your income by the way..and twice that for your employer) will steadily INCREASE.

You want a viable alternative to socialized medicine?
Replace the regulations that USED TO BE THERE.

It's the era of deregulation that has caused the problems we see everywhere. Not just in health care.

Incidentally, just how is making those that can afford heath care (via taxes) foot the bill supposed to fix the problem of run away costs?
IF..big if there...they can fix problem of the sky rocketing costs in THAT instance...why not just fix the problem and leave the damned system the way it is?

Yup. It wouldn't be socialized if then. That's the true problem with the system.
