I was smoking a j(3rd floor balcony), but have smoked outside on my balcony many times, so maybe they already were putting up with 2nd hand smoke and expected to see me. I don't make noise, hardly ever have people over and I'm just sitting there minding my own business.

Waving to let me know is one thing, but to flick someone off is totally out of line. He was holding his finger up for a while, wasn't sure it was directed at me until I heard the driver talk I hope he does it to the wrong person someday.
