ive got a little whitefly problem, not infested, but i see a few if i shake the plants. i was wondering if this necrosis is from them or a little over or under fert? they are in a deep water culture system under a 450w t5 setup.
i trim off any nasty looking roots every week when i change out the solution, and i flush them VERY well every week with 10g R/O water through each one and a 2 hr soak in clearex, so i dont think its salt build up. pics incoming

pic 3: the rest of the garden looks beautiful, they are 2 weeks into flowering and as you can see, the buds are swelling nicely and theres some nice trichome
formation already

i trimmed off the bottom chutes so there would be more focus on the top growth, and there were some necrotic leaves when i did that as well. the plants were fine for a couple of days, then the problem crept up to the next set of the lower leaves.

if anyone can help please let me know. ive posted with this problem before and so far none of the solutions have helped, despite the wonderful advice i have received.
