give her as much sun as u can and dont overwater. Do the complete dry/wet cycle. You started her on the wrong pot (too big for her). Plants need proper repoting (gradually) in order to grow roots and become big. Now, if I were going to plant her in the ground, I wouldn't have repotted up to planting her in the ground...it would have been straight from the pot to the ground. I don't see how going the same way, only into a large wine barrel would make a huge difference. It's still the "ground". Also, the soil in barrel is deeper than what's in the ground where our garden is.
Either way, I'm ok with her not being ginormous...thanks for the info.
