Thats the first time I ever heard that term.

Bourdain is okay, Fieri is a douche, Richman is okay...

That Zimmern guy must have had some traumatic events growing up. I don't think he realizes that if those people didn't have to eat that shit, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't.

Although the other side of the coin cracks me up, could you imagine on say China's version of the Travel Channel, theres some azn dude in a loud shirt trying to choke down a deep fried twinkie and a Philly cheesesteak.
