Water accident! Help

The other day I left my hose on in my basement filling my 30 gallon container. The basement was flooded really bad after it was on for 2 hours. Unfortunately, the floor is carpeted. I used a shop vac to suck up a lot of the water, but the carpet is still soaked.

My grow room floor also got wet, soaking my painters drop cloth I used underneath which resulted in some mold. I had to remove all my plants today to clean it because of the mold and high humidity in the room(between 70 and 88%).

My question is, will the high humidity levels cause my plants to not flower properly since I just put them into flowering?

and

If I clean the drop cloth and replace it how will I control the mold in the room? I am getting a small heater to put in their at night tomorrow since nighttime temps have been dropping into the 50s lately. Will that kill the mold? What should I use?
