i dont know about cops where yall live but im in a very rich conservative area and that was like the highlight of the whole ordeal for me. not all cops are douches i suppose. they could have made a huge fuckin deal about that and got me in some trouble but i was clearly not under the influence so maybe they just let it fly.

If your insurance company settles with your for jack shit I would consider either suing the driver or trying to settle with them to help replace your car. He is uninsured and driving on a suspended license, so you have some chances. I only recommend that because your car is always worth less totaled than it is when you buy it (
