weird. . . i know it's possible to restrict posters from thanking because they did it to a few people who would just thank every post in a thread back when they first put it in. no idea why it'd be the case with you, though. pm the admin ResidualEnvy, he seems to be taking care of things mighty quick
just a thought but it could have something to do with your skin settings. they revamped the site lately and there's probably some bugs. try changing to one of the "evolved" skins from the menu at the bottom left of the forum.
