Ok, I know there is a lot of info on this site already, and trust me I have looked. I also find it is mixed with a lot of inaccurate info. So please, only if you have expirence in this feild respond because this is an issue very important to me. Due to legal reasons i am required to take a drug test by the 17th LATEST. I have been smoking weed daily for....years. Also you should note I have been taking 1mg-2mg of xanax that I am not perscribed daily for a week.

Now, Here is what I know to do be true: you must drink lots of water.

Here are my questions: Niacin? should i buy it? is it a waste of my time?
Juices? Cranberry? are these better then water?
are there any other things i should know about?

One thing going for me is that I am a rather thin person with little body fat. (130lbs). Is this a possible case for me? I literally face a 2 day jail sentance if i fail which i know isnt the end of the world but somthing I would much like the avoid. I apperciate any info at all, and thank you for your time.
