Substitution is the only almost guaranteed (it'll work unless you get caught with the stuff)way to pass a test, dilution will work, unless of course the people doing the testing are hip to it and if its LEO testing, then they probably are.
I know, not much help, but good luck, no one should have to submit to this bullshit.
