Hey everyone my name is... well, you can just call me TL.

This is my first time growing, so I thought come here for help.

I've had these plants growing for a while (all 12 of them), and so far I've had few problems. I just have many questions about growing and I'm looking for advice so I don't mess this up.

I managed to take 3 pictures of my best plants before the camera died (now I'm looking for the charger). Here they are.

So far here is my list of questions;
1. When should I transplant them? They are in normal blue/red plastic cups, the ones normally at parties. They have been growing for what seems like forever (I honestly can't remember the exact date, I was very novice back then).

2. When should I flower them? I know how to, but I'm not sure when I should. Some of the plants have their pre-flowers, but only a few of the biggest.

3. One of the plants I think doesn't have enough nutrients, its leaves are starting to turn yellow starting from the bottom. I have miracle grow mixture that I have given them twice so far. Once 2 weeks ago (8/29), again last week (9/5). Should I give them their next dose today like I was planning or get something new, or just stick to water? Or none of those?
EDIT: I killed this plant, after realizing how big some plants can get I think 12 is enough.

4. When I actually make them a room once they start 12/12, will the light I have be enough? It is a simple florescent desk lamp, but for the past month or so it seems to be growing the plants fine.
