watch it with the miracle grow, they don`t need much nutrients when they`re small- said yellowness more likely caused by overfeeding or water pH issues than nutrient deficiency.

I would certainly pot those three up into bigger pots- as a rule of thumb in veg the plant should have as much room for it's roots as the rest of the plant takes up above the soil.

The soil looks a bit dry in the pics- it should be moist but not sodden. what soil are you using?

You're growing 13 plants under 1 desk flouro? More light will certainly help. I'm amazed that you've managed to avoid them stretching and growing spindly.
