chem ferts require more precise feeding schedules.. otherwise to the plant, it's all the same ions, just that the organic matter depends on humic/fulvic and other aminos to act as chelates while the chem ferts rely more on EDTA to quickly unlock the essential nutrients.
people get all caught up in names and ideals, and tend to forget all about the actual science at work.
most importantly.. cannabis prefers a fairly free-draining medium, and any basic 2-1-2 fert program will tend to work just fine.
