This is why they don't want people making home-made firecrackers. Making one simple explosive easily leads to the capability of making more deadly ones...
Sorry man, but I just don't think people should have the right to make explosives unless they have a permit or a license or whatever fire-work makers need. Why? Because accidents do happen.
