So I come to my parents' house for the first time in a while. I get here, and no one is home. I'm playing with the dog, walking around the house bullshitting, and what do I find?? Two home drug testing kits in my dad's study.

So I'm all thinking "what a fuckin nazi" even though he was never a nazi at all when I was growing up. It's gotta be my mom influencing him.
You see, my little brother is at the critical age where the apathy catches up with you and you kind of realize that you don't give a fuck about anything except your friends. This time period just so happens to coincide with the age where all of your friends start getting high and you decide to experiment a little bit... or become a full fledged stoner.
Regardless, my little bro isn't a stoner, but he told me's he's tried getting high "once". Probably more like every "once" and a while, or "once" a week.
So my dad drops two references to potheads being losers today. He never talks about pot. Ever. He made one lame comment that I let slide at dinner, then we were all sitting around discussing my brother's high school schedule. He asks me if I'm going to make my kids take hard classes, or let them fail out and smoke dope in the backyard. Polar opposites brah, take a fuckin chill pill.
I'm all like, fuck yeah I'll let my kids get high as long as they make decent grades. Even if they start doing poorly in school, don't blame it on the ganja.
