i was actually contemplating doing the whole BATF thing but can't quite reason the cost of it. i was going to get the book from skylighter describing how to go upon getting it.
There was also a CPSC lawsuit against one of the online powder vendors - "firefox" but i never found out the result of said litigation.
And yea the 70/30 is so loud i haven't dared to explode shit around here in a while.
I thought it wasn't technically a felony unless it is mixed together and inside a closed container with a fuse. Or am i wrong?
