-Mydriasis, damn 38 hits? I've had a similar thing happen to me, we got thrown in the drunk tank once, and I was wearing IPath shoes (the ones with the little secret velcro stash pocket in the tongue of the shoe) and I had 4 hits of E on me, and I was afraid that they'll find it once I was already in the drunk tank and I took them then, I freaked out for a bit then slept for like 9 hours.
