budhead i dont know if youve tried many different opioids in help of this pain but i have some suggestions on if you havent.
morphine time release pain management with dilaudid (hydromorphone) break thru pain management.. it will make you feel the morphine side mu kappa receptors that make you feel that edge of comfort 10xs more. I hate to see people in pain when theres combinations, or just a single medication that will help way the hell more then what these braindead doctors are perscribing.. I mean shit if i had my way you would be on oral diamorphine doses, you wouldnt feel a THING
