The only point is there will be some power entity in charge of all this. We have seen the events so far and the disintergrating of the standard of living around the world.
I'm not afraid of another country, especially Russia...they kept us afraid of that for 45 years.
It's those that we don't see and their ambitions.
Enough said. No one can change another's mind on anything...we should all know that by now. We all have GOOGLE in case we're curious about anything. That's a lot.
As far as who will be in charge..it's more than "sustainability" as that's a concept.
